After ten years in-house at product companies — leading web teams, running paid acquisition, managing SEO programs — I started Alexey Kachan Agency in 2014 because I wanted the opposite. One person responsible. The strategist is also the senior code reviewer. The designer is also the SEO lead. The person on the kickoff call is the person on the post-launch call eighteen months later.
