American Home Blueprint with Alla is an online course teaching Russian-speaking immigrants how to buy their first home in the United States — “Buy your first home in America without fear or mistakes.” Built for a licensed North Carolina realtor with 14+ years of experience.
My role in the project
I personally worked on this project from task analysis to launch. The areas I owned and delivered directly:
- Landing structure and pain-point-led conversion logic for a Russian-speaking audience
- Next.js build with image optimization for fast loads
- Interactive mortgage-payment calculator
- Stripe checkout and the secure registration flow
- Curriculum, testimonials and FAQ presentation; QA and launch
What I built
- Conversion-focused landing (in Russian) with pain-point-led messaging
- 7-module curriculum breakdown plus bonus materials
- Instructor bio and credentials (licensed Realtor, Keller Williams, NAR)
- Interactive mortgage-payment calculator
- Testimonials, FAQ and a 30-day money-back guarantee
- Secure registration with Stripe checkout
Built on Next.js for speed and image optimization, with Stripe handling payments.
