Project overview

HamersFix is a same-day appliance-repair company in Bethlehem, GA, serving 14 cities across Gwinnett, Barrow and Athens counties — “Appliance repair, done right — same day.” 15 years in business with EPA-certified technicians.

My role in the project

I personally worked on this project from task analysis to launch. The areas I owned and delivered directly:

• Urgency-first page logic: the “next available slot” indicator and the ZIP coverage checker
• Structure of the service menu with plain-language problem descriptions
• WordPress + ACF Pro build with modular trust and service blocks
• Financing (Wisetack / Synchrony) and commercial B2B sections
• Cross-device QA and launch
