Ambassador Customs Brokerage is a licensed Canadian customs broker in Ottawa offering nationwide customs clearance — helping businesses and individuals import goods into Canada with fast, compliant CBSA submissions and transparent flat fees.
My role in the project
I personally worked on this project from task analysis to launch. The areas I owned and delivered directly:
- Structure of the authority-led page: services, flat-rate pricing, CARM / RPP guidance
- WordPress + ACF Pro build with structured services, pricing and FAQ content
- PARS status tracker plus the free-quote and account-setup flows
- Organization of the 16-item FAQ around real import questions
- Cross-device QA and launch
